Venue

Mövenpick Hotel, ICC, near Geneva Cointrin airport and the airport railway station. Shuttle bus every 20 minutes. (How to get there).

Time

09:30 - 18.00, Day One - coffee at 09.00
09.00 - 17.00, Day Two/Day Three

Informals

There will be an informal get-together on the opening morning from 9.00, and a group supper on Thursday evening (A/B) or Friday evening (ABC/D, C & D).

Language

The course language is English.

Für eine erfolgreiche Beteiligung sollten die Teilnehmer über ein gutes Hör- une Leseverständnis des Englischen verfügen. Die schriftlichen Aufgaben können auf Deutsch verfasst werden.

Il est nécessaire, pour pouvoir participer efficacement, que vous compreniez bien l'anglais parlé et écrit. Vous pouvez toutefois utiliser le français pour vos réponses aux exercices écrits.

This includes tuition, course materials, refreshments, lunch and transport to/from the group supper. The group supper is paid individually (we divide the bill).

Accomodation

A number of rooms have been reserved at the Mövenpick Hotel, at special rates (see the Hotel booking form). Instead of the full buffet breakfast, you can also have a light breakfast at the bar (CHF. 14.-).

Bookings should be made directly to the Mövenpick Hotel, quoting Brian Cronin. Please click HotelReservation.pdf to download the hotel's reservation form and fax the filled form directly to the hotel, after you have received a confirmation of your registration.

Cancellation

For cancellations made 14 days before the course begins, the fee will be refunded in full less an administrative charge of CHF 200.-. Thereafter, up to the day before the course, a 50% refund will be given. 75% of the fee can be carried forward as a credit. Any hotel no-show charges are borne by the participants.
